Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Timeframe & Refunds

48+ Hours Before Session: Full refund or reschedule at no charge.

24-48 Hours Before Session: 50% refund or mandatory reschedule for later date.

Less Than 24 Hours Before Session: No refund; may reschedule once within 30 days.

No-Show (No Cancellation Notice): Full payment forfeited; may reschedule after 7 days.

2. Program Cancellations

6-Week or 12-Week Programs: You may cancel within 7 days of enrollment for a full refund. After 7 days, remaining sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within the program period.

Intensive Programs: Cancellations within 48 hours of the program start date forfeit 100% of the payment. Otherwise, standard cancellation terms apply.

3. Payment Methods & Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after cancellation is finalized. Bank transfers may take an additional 2-3 business days to appear.

4. Coaching Session Rescheduling

Cancelled sessions may be rescheduled for any other available time slot within 30 days of the original session date, provided 48-hour notice is given. Rescheduled sessions must be completed before program end dates.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Illness, family emergencies, or documented circumstances may warrant exceptions to standard policies. Contact us immediately to discuss options. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis.

6. Service Modifications

If we must cancel or significantly modify a session or program due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer to reschedule or provide a full refund at your option.

Cancellation requests via email are considered received upon confirmation response. For cancellations within 24 hours, please call directly.

8. Policy Changes

This refund policy may be modified at any time. Changes apply to future bookings only, not to existing commitments made under previous policy terms.
