Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Terms for Paid Programs

Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking or program enrollment unless other arrangements are agreed upon in writing.

Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit payment unless rescheduled.

Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.

9. Modifications to Terms and Services

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use and our services at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in King County, Washington.
